Signova is a free, AI-powered digital signature generator that creates unique signature images based on user-provided names. The Service allows users to generate, preview, and download signature images in various styles for personal and commercial use.

3. Personal & Business Use

The digital signatures generated by Signova are intended for personal and general business use, including email signatures, document signing, branding, and digital correspondence. You may use your generated signatures commercially without additional licensing fees.

Important: While our generated signatures can be used on digital documents, Signova does not guarantee the legal validity of these signatures for legally binding contracts. Electronic signature laws vary by jurisdiction. Always consult legal counsel for formal electronic signature requirements in your region.

4. Intellectual Property

Signatures generated using Signova are granted to you for unrestricted personal and commercial use. You own the rights to use your generated signature images. However, the underlying technology, algorithms, AI models, website design, and content of Signova remain the intellectual property of WideGet Lab.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models used by the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Signova to:

• Generate signatures for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
• Impersonate another person by creating signatures using their name without consent
• Generate offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service through excessive automated requests
• Use the Service to create content that violates any applicable law or regulation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WideGet Lab and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Signova, you consent to the practices described therein. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not permanently store the names you enter into our signature generator.
